Living, Kitchen, Dining
Elko Townhome I
Upon retirement, the homeowners decided to update their home with a fresh, modern feel. Our firm refreshed the outdated fireplace framing; worked with a cabinetmaker to elevate the kitchen cabinet doors and hardware to reflect modern trends; and redefined the living room by adding a wing wall for better spatial flow.
As in all projects, lighting was a key focus. Under-cabinet lighting and new fixtures throughout the home brightened previously dark, shadowy areas.
We introduced a new table, sectional, and chair—all with pet-friendly materials—to balance functional practicality with a luxurious aesthetic.
Finally, we coordinated with the home's natural rhythm of space, pattern, and color in the built-in hutch and dining area. This created a cohesive, elevated, and functional space perfectly suited to our client’s next chapter.
